More new Yard Home sales at Mueller Austin are just around the corner. Standard Pacific is preparing to share plans and pricing on an appointment-only basis the first weekend in August. If you’re already on their interest list, you can expect an email from them the last week of July inviting you to schedule an appointment for meeting times that will begin to take place on August 3rd & 4th.
As a reminder, Standard Pacific will have 15 yard homes for sale on 37′ lots – a lot size they haven’t built on before so, they will be all new plans. The four floor plans are all two-stories; 2 with master down options. Homes will range between 2000 – 2370 square feet and pricing will start in the low $400K range. They will all achieve a 4-Star Green Rating through the Austin Energy Green Building Program.
