Yard Homes: In this section, there are 37′ and 45′ yard homes. Don’t know what those numbers mean? No worries! We can help. These dimensions refer to the width of the lots, all of which are approximately 90′ deep. Bigger lot doesn’t necessarily mean a bigger yard or bigger square footage (it’s usually either/or). With four builders building yard homes in section 10, you have a huge variety of floor plans, timelines, pricing, architectural style and finish out to choose from! Garden Homes: Mueller is bringing back a home style that we haven’t seen in a couple of sections, the garden home! This refers to detached homes that often face a shared courtyard. In this section, they actually face the street, so it more accurately refers to the lot size. These homes range in size from approximately 1400-1900 square feet with 2-3 stories, 2-3 bedrooms and most have private outdoor space as well.
Garden Court Homes: One of the more rare housing types at Mueller! This is only the 4th garden court at Mueller, with detached homes facing a shared courtyard that is maintained by the HOA. This modern garden court features two builders, The Muskin Company and Empire Communities, each with their own fantastic local architect and coordinating modern farmhouse aesthetic. These homes each have their own private outdoor space and have features like second floor balconies, screened porches, professional appliances and metal roofs. Row Homes: There is more diversity in the types of row homes in this section than we have ever seen before. There are 70′, 80′, 90′, courtyard rows and paseo row homes! Each of these has unique features and there are also a variety of builders to choose from (3!). Ranging in size from approximately 1700 square feet to almost 3,000 square feet and 2-4 bedrooms, these homes fit a huge range of needs. Paired Homes: These are a brand new concept at Mueller! There are going to be three sets of paired homes with an adjoining wall and set up like row homes. The differences are that every unit is an end unit (wahoo!) and because they are on unique shaped lots, they all have great outdoor spaces and many also include a downstairs bedroom, which is rare with row homes at Mueller. Featuring incredible modern industrial architecture and features, they range in size from approximately 1700-2800 square feet and 3-4 bedrooms. These have not been released for sale yet, but contact us if you want to be the first to find out when they are!
Mueller House Condos: A uniquely-Mueller type of condo. These are the farthest away from their release in section 10 of all of the rest of the homes on this list, but are currently for sale in section 9. Historically, these have been 4-6 unit condo buildings meant to look like a large house (aka Mueller House). The condos currently for sale are in 5-unit buildings with approximately 1700-1800 square feet and 3 bedrooms (master down). Affordable Homes: The Mueller Affordable Homes Program includes 25% (approximately 1,425 at completion) of the total for-sale residences throughout the community. For-sale affordable homes will be interspersed alongside market-rate housing within each phase. These new home purchases are available to families who meet with Eligibility Guidelines and have incomes up to 80% of Austin’s Median Family Income (MFI).
There are 5 builders in this phase including David Weekley Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Streetman Homes, The Muskin Company, Homes by Avi, Centerra Homes, Cal Atlantic and Wes Peoples Homes. This new section at Mueller includes a new neighborhood park with a pool and community garden, quick access to hike and bike trails, protected bike lanes and a variety of house styles. Garden Homes: David Weekley built garden homes in the newest section. These are similar to yard homes, but face a common courtyard and range in size from 1295 – 1812 square feet. David Weekley is sold out of garden homes!

Row Homes: The Muskin Company, David Weekley, Cal Atlantic (formerly Streetman and Standard Pacific) and Homes by Avi are building attached row homes in section 7. These row homes range in size and price. David Weekley and Cal Atlantic are sold out!
Town Green Row Homes: David Weekley and Cal Atlantic are building attached row homes that face a common courtyard, with 1295 – 2334 square feet. David Weekley and Standard Pacific are sold out!
Courtyard Row Homes: Cal Atlantic (Streetman) is building courtyard row homes in the new section that range in size from 1,948-2,276 square feet. These homes include a courtyard within the floor plan. These are sold out!
