When is the last time we have seen a one-story Yard Home for sale in Mueller Austin? The most recent sale was a Standard Pacific Moore Hill plan that was listed on my Silent Market and closed mid-December 2011.
Needless to say, one-story resale homes have been scarce in Mueller. And it’s right across from Ella Wooten park, no less. For those of you who were around in 2008, you may remember the flurry of activity when Streetman Homes released these lots for sale. Folks were lining up, handing over checks – plans and pricing unseen. The homes along Mendez, you won’t find anywhere else in the neighborhood (at least not yet – who knows what the future holds).
