You may be under the impression that all the new homes in Section 6 at Mueller Austin are sold – that is not the case, however.

Standard Pacific has recently started framing a few new products on Ruiz Street & the Courtyard between Page Street & Berkman Drive, that they have not yet released for sale.  They will be 18 new market rate row homes for sale, as well as 12 new homes in the Mueller Affordable Home Program. We anticipate sales starting in the next 30 – 45 days.

The market rate row homes are divided into 2 categories: Courtyard Row Homes and Town Green Row Homes.

  • Facing a common courtyard – similar to what we see with the garden homes

Town Green Row Homes – Affordable Program

  • 12, 2-story homes
  • 2 bedrooms/2.5 baths
  • 1145- 1175 square feet
  • One car garage w/ extra storage space
  • Facing a common courtyard

As of right now, there is no firm information on pricing, but we will continue to update you as plans develop.
