With everybody shopping online today for homes, how your agent presents your home in the virtual world is just as important as how your home shows in reality. This means spending time and money getting professional photos done – this is what will get people in the door! A good example of this is a previous listing of mine in Delwood. I re-listed the home a few days later and the traffic jumped considerably; we had 18 showings the first week of it being back on the market. Guess what guys? You’re home is not going to sell as fast or for as much money if people aren’t going to see it!
