Wow, the past couple of months have been a whirlwind getting the MSM officially up and running. The response from neighbors and the community has been so overwhelming that I put this website together as a go-to for information. Folks interested in buying can find a plethora of information including details on current silent listings; sellers can monitor success by viewing homes that are under contract and have sold.   • SOLD, 2117 Zach Scott – David Weekley row home, the Westlake floor plan was listed on the Silent Market May 7, 2011, went under contract the following day and closed two weeks later. Yes, you read that right, closed in two weeks.
  • UNDER CONTRACT, 2028 Emma Long – Standard Pacific yard home, Roberts floor plan  was listed on the Silent Market June 6, 2011 and received an offer that same day.
