Construction has started on new homes in section 7 at Mueller Austin. There are 5 builders in this phase including David Weekley Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Streetman Homes, The Muskin Company, Homes by Avi, Centerra Homes, Cal Atlantic and Wes Peoples Homes. This new section at Mueller includes a new neighborhood park with a pool and community garden, quick access to hike and bike trails, protected bike lanes and a variety of house styles. Yard Homes: The newest section at Mueller Austin will have detached, single family homes called yard homes. These homes will have private yards on 37’ and 45’ lots and are being built by David Weekley, Standard Pacific, Streetman, Muskin Company, and Wes Peoples. Yard homes range in size from 1928-3165 square feet and start in the mid-500,000s. Standard Pacific, Streetman and Cal Atlantic are currently writing contracts!
Garden Homes: David Weekley built garden homes in the newest section. These are similar to yard homes, but face a common courtyard and range in size from 1295 – 1812 square feet. Garden homes start in the high $400,000s. David Weekley is sold out of garden homes!

Row Homes: The Muskin Company, David Weekley, Cal Atlantic (formerly Streetman and Standard Pacific) and Homes by Avi are building attached row homes in section 7. These row homes range in size and start in the mid-$400s. David Weekley and Cal Atlantic are writing contracts, contact us for the most up to date information on incentives!
Town Green Row Homes: David Weekley and Cal Atlantic are building attached row homes that face a common courtyard, with 1295 – 2334 square feet, prices starting in the low $400s. David Weekley is sold out of their town green rows and Standard Pacific has a very limited amount of availability!
Courtyard Row Homes: Cal Atlantic (Streetman) is building courtyard row homes in the new section that range in size from 1,948-2,276 square feet and priced in the low-$500,000s. These homes include a courtyard within the floor plan. Only one of these homes is still available and features a first floor guest bedroom! Contact us ASAP if you are interested.
Mueller Affordable Homes Program: The Mueller Affordable Homes Program includes 25% (approximately 1,425 at completion) of the total for-sale residences throughout the community. For-sale affordable homes will be interspersed alongside market-rate housing within each phase. These new home purchases are available to families who meet with Eligibility Guidelines and have incomes up to 80% of Austin’s Median Family Income (MFI). Prices noted above are for market-rate homes, while affordable homes in Section 7 start as low as $169,990
