Alan Muskin will be building THREE TOWNHOMES at Threadgill and Antone, that I am lucky enough to sell for him. Muskin has built homes in both Garden Courts in Mueller (not to be confused with the David Weekley Garden Homes), as well as a number of the custom homes on Camacho Street. Details on these new townhomes are rather limited right now, but here’s the skinny so far:
– Homes are being designed by Michael Hsu
– 5-Star Green Rating
– LEED Certified (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design)
– 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths
– Around 1900 sq. ft.
– Clean, modern interior design and selections
– Open flow between indoor & outdoor space
– Price range will hover around $400,000
– Construction to begin in October 2011
Above is a preliminary elevation of the homes to give you a taste. Of course, everything is subject to change until the details of the project are finalized.
